Title

The Power of Timing

Scripture
To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven.
(Ecclesiastes 3:1)
Devotional
Timing will always win out over knowledge. Being at the right place at the right time will even overtake hard work. People with timing are providential. They prepare in advance. Their words are measured and few. They never interrupt nor annoy with their presence. They are masters of polite terms. They are never late, nor too early. They are courteous in word and deed. Therefore the providence of timing can be learned. Learn to count your words and make your words count. Be quick to hear and slow to speak. Plan your words, actions, and even your dress. There is a time to be casual and a time to be formal. Plan your day and work your plan. Prioritize each day. Learn to control your day instead of your day controlling you. Consider this. Time that is wasted can never be regained. Once it is gone it is gone forever. Use it wisely.
