Title

The Multiplication Of Duplication

Scripture
Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight.
(Leviticus 26:8)
Devotional
When we add to our numbers we multiply our power. There is little strength in one person. Two people can agree and increase their abilities. Ecclesiastes says, “Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” Even though we may grow by addition, our strength comes in multiplication. When we win one person we multiply our ability. We may have added only one, but we are now twice as powerful. When we duplicate ourselves in another, we multiply the potential to reach many. If five can chase a hundred and a hundred ten thousand, and if we apply the same rate of increase, then a thousand can reach a half million. Don’t see reaching one person for Christ as only reaching one, see it as changing a life, and multiplying the kingdom.
