Title

Take It To Jesus

Scripture
They said to Him, “We have here only five loves and two fish.” He said, “Bring them here to Me.”
(Matthew 14:17-18)
Devotional
The disciples were given a task larger than themselves. They were asked to feed a great multitude of people without the resources to do so. They gathered what they had, and what they had was too little. Have you ever been there? Have you ever found yourself in a situation where the best you had just wasn’t enough? Maybe you have found yourself lacking in ability or finances. You have the desire, but you just do not have the confidence. When you find yourself lacking, take what you have to Jesus. When Christ calls you to a task that you cannot fulfill because of insufficient resources listen carefully and you will hear Him say, “Bring them here to Me.” When Christ touches what you have, what you have is more than sufficient. Where are you weak? Take that weakness to the Lord. Where are you lacking? Take what you have to Christ and succeed.
