Title

God Is Always Watching

Scripture
He has said in his heart, “God has forgotten; He hides His face; He will never see.”
(Psalm 10:11)
Devotional
Here we have the foolishness of the wicked. I can remember a 1960’s magazine article announcing, “God is dead.” Here we see the foolish arrogance of the wicked. Those who proclaim such nonsense are, in reality, simply attempting to remove God from the nation’s thinking. Nevertheless, to their disdain, the Word of God has continued to prove that He is not dead. Even though the wickedness of the wicked has attempted to eradicate God from society, He continues to reign and rule the universe. His Word remains true and is as applicable today as it has ever been. It is not only foolish to attempt to explain God away, it is just as foolish to live as if He has forgotten, hidden His face, and ceased to see. He remains omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. He is Lord God Almighty. As the psalmist also says, “The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men.”(1)

(1) Psalm 33:13
