The nature of man has not changed. The sins that plagued the first century church remain to this day. We are, if not more so, as vulnerable as they are. Therefore, let us be aware of the schemes of the adversary. Beware of those who would complicate the simplicity of the gospel. Watch out for those who would place the traditions of man above the teachings of Christ. Guard yourself against those who would have you unconditionally follow their dictates and philosophies. Be warned by your conscience. Pay attention to uncertainties and questions. Beware of isolationist and those who would separate you from your family. Learn the scriptures. Know the mind of the Lord. Remember you have the same Spirit in you as those who lead you. You have the same scriptures and the same Lord. Do not be a rebel, but likewise do not be duped by another gospel.Daily Reading
