These also who erred in spirit will come to understanding, and those who complained will learn doctrine.(Isaiah 29:24)
Devotional
There are many good people without the understanding of the power of God. They mean well and may even do well, but err in spirit. They just do not know and do not know that they do not know. These are good people who complain about religion and especially Christianity. They see believers as narrow minded and bigoted. They see Christ as a crutch for the weak and uneducated. Some of their perceptions are true. We are weak and need a Savior. Nevertheless they are those who erred in spirit. Let us who know the truth share that truth. Let us do it wisely and in love. Let us share from the Spirit of truth that they may learn the true doctrine of Christ. For such were some of us. Many if not most of us erred in spirit at one time or another. Let us do our best to remove their complaints that they may learn the doctrine of Christ.Daily Reading
