A Look At Heaven

I looked, and behold,a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice... I heard was... saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

Devotional
We cannot begin to imagine the splendor of the real place called heaven. However, dream with me about our arrival there. We are first of all welcomed by a very special host, maybe even the apostle Peter. We are then ushered into a beautiful room where we are made perfect with not only new garments, but a new body. Upon completion of our transformation, we are informed that there will be a special parade just for us. We are then escorted through a grand set of doors onto the Main street of heaven where thousands upon thousands of believers are there to receive us. The cheers are deafening. We see all the saints of old and many loved ones who have gone before us. As we in amazement approach the throne of Him who lives forever and ever, the crowd becomes reverently silent. We look up as Christ rises from His throne and says, “Well done My good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your Lord.”
