Title

When Age And Youth Partner

Scripture
The glory of young men is their strength, and the splendor of old men is their gray head.
(Proverbs 20:29)
Devotional
The young are to glory in their youth. They are to enjoy the vigor that comes with it. The young have the ability to express their zeal unceasingly. Their energy appears to be endless. What a great opportunity they have to tirelessly serve the Lord. Therefore, there is an advantage to youth in these realms. A multitude of years also has an advantage. With the aged comes the experiences of many days of life. As the youth have their vigor, the aged have their wisdom. Instead of running through life, the elderly can walk with endurance. The young are to work with joy and zeal. The aged are to direct with joy and wisdom. Each has its season. Each has a divine purpose. When the enthusiasm of youth connects with the wisdom of age there is no stopping their purpose under the sun. Therefore, young people, listen to the years of the aged, and older folks, encourage the freshness of youth. It is for this purpose you are what you are.
