God does hear our prayers and supplications. Prayer is our communing with God. It is the phone line to heaven. Supplication is humbly, yet boldly appealing to God for a need or request. I love Philippians 4:6, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."[43] Remember, prayer is more than asking.
